Trying to set a custom field via workflow

Hello.

I am trying to create a workflow that will set a custom field to the name of the user who has a sales role of "project manager" for a specified opportunity.  The workflow seems to be firing however I am getting an error message of "Invalid custbody4 reference key ERROR: Field Not Found." I have attached an image of the workflow Any help would be greatly appreciated.
