Changing the 'custom form' with a workflow

Hi, does anyone know if you can get a workflow to change the custom form for a record before it loads?

I've used scripts for this in the past, using nlapiSetRedirectURL() in beforeLoad, but i'd like to get this logic into workflows - and so far haven't succeeded
