Date formula in Workflow Set Field Value
WORKFLOW: I'm trying to compute the number of months between dates and set this value in a field whenever the Start or End Dates change.
The Trigger on Condition works fine as I can set a static numeric value to the field.
The problem is the months computation:
ROUND(({custrecord_ccs_lic_end_date}-{custrecord_ccs_lic_start_date})/31,0)
No result is returned. I verified by changing the dates to produce a value different than the existing numeric value in the Duration field.
The above formula works fine in my Saved Search.
