Maximum Number of 'Set Field Display Type' Actions in a Workflow?

Hey Everyone,

I'm putting a workflow together to hide/show a series of fields on a Lead form, dependent on the Referral Source. I want different fields to display when specific values are chosen in the Referral Source field. 

EX:  When the "Conference/Expo" value is selected in the "Referral Source" dropdown, the "Conference/Expo List" field should change from 'Hidden' to 'Normal' so my sales reps can choose the correct Conference or Expo.

I succeeded in building the workflow for the first 3 values of the Referral Source, but none of the actions after that are working.  It appears I have reached a maximum number of Set Field Display Type actions in one workflow.  Does anyone know if there is a maximum number of actions per workflow or per workflow state?
