Sending Campaing Email from Workflow
I have a few questions about sending campaign email from a workflow:
1. When are emails sent? When the workflow executes or at a certain time of day?
2. Do I have to do anything in the Marketing campaign aside from setting up the emails under Lead Nurturing?
3. This text appears in the help for setting up a lead nurturing workflow "Note that if you do not have the Marketing Automation feature enabled in your account, the Send Campaign Email action serves no purpose. To enable the Marketing Automation feature, go to Setup > Company > CRM tab > Marketing Automation."
I can't find a CRM tab anywhere, though we do have a marketing tab. I actually don't know if we have this feature or not - I don't see it in our billing information.
