Workflow Won't Transition past a Certain State
Hi, anyone who can shed some light on this I would be very glad of your help.
I have a workflow for approving sales orders.
The first stage runs against a saved search approves orders or pends them for manual approval based on our criteria. This part works fine.
After the orders are automatically or manually approved, they transition to a state where a saved search is run to check for backorders. From here they either exit if all items are in stock, or go to a backorder state if an out of stock item is found.
These transitions also work fine.
