Initiate workflow from incoming Email on custom record.
I would like to initiate a workflow when a reply email is received on a custom record. Has anyone been able to do this?
Currently, the only way is to set up a scheduled initiation/trigger using a saved search but that only occurs every 30 mins and I want the workflow to happen when the email is received in the system and attached to the record. This would be similar behavior that happens on the Support Case record to populate the Incoming Message and Last Message Date fields.
Is this possible or even possible putting a script on the message record that would initiate the workflow?
