initiate or trigger workflow from user event script

Hi All,

i have a scenario where i need to create and submit an other salesorder in a userevent (beforeSubmit) script of a salesorder. I have a workflow which runs on salesorder after submit event.
The issue is the workflow runs fine for the normal salesorder but the order which create in the beforesubmit event, workflow not run i have used the nlapiInitiateWorkflow and nlapiTriggerWorkflow but workflow did not run for that sales order.

Please reply asap.
