Trigger Email on Purchase Order Approval
I have a requirement to send an email anytime particular employees approve a PO. In some cases the PO may have multiple approvers due to the approval hierarchy.
So anytime any of these employees approve a PO, whether they are the only approver or one of many (and even if they approve, the PO may not have full supervisor approval) an email needs to go out.
Essentially, I need the ability to send an email based on the History>Approval tab on a PO. I simply can't send an email when the PO is fully approved because of our approval hierarchy.
