Workflow to populate a custom record type
Hi there,
I created a custom tab in the Contact record to track employment history with two custom fields. I'm trying to create a workflow that will populate both fields based on the change made in the Company and Job Title field, but when I'm having difficulty setting the conditions to specify the transition from one state the next.
If anyone can help on this, I'd really appreciate it.
