Workflow using a "Message" saved search?

Greetings,

I have a "message" saved search that looks through all them outgoing emails to try to detect when a Purchase Order was accidentally sent twice.  It works splendidly....but....I can't find what Workflow record type can be triggered from the saved search.

How can I base a workflow of of the message saved search?
