Help with Workflow to Add Items to a Sales Order

I'm attempting to build my first Suiteflow.

What I'm trying to do is add a promotional item to any webstore order over $25.

I don't know which Workflow Action to use.

I assume the Workflow Action I need to use is Set Field Value, but once I've selected that Action, "Item" isn't an option for a FIELD to set.

Any help would be appreciated!
