Approval workflow - Transaction re-entering workflow after changes made

Does anyone know if we can make changes to an approval workflow that would require additional approvals if the record has changed.  Ex. Workflow states that PO's >$25,000 must be approved by SVP.  Order entered at $24,818 and workflow initiated.  Order then changed to $25,176, can I write it to re enter the work flow to require approval by the SVP? 

Please help!
