Workflow> Send Email Action > Email body> Tag {old.intenalid} is not working
I have created a workflow (deployed on Item Record) action which sends an email when there is any change in the name of the item.
In the email body which sends an email to the administrator, i am sending both names (Old name and New Name).
For the new name i am getting the value by using tag {internalid} but for the old name if am using {old.intenalid} to get the value of the old name.
{old.intenalid} is not working. Is there anything i am doing wrong.
