Using "Contains" for exact phrase in workflow
Good Afternoon,
I feel I am missing something simple here, but here it goes. I am building a workflow that will look for keywords in the body of "Incomingmessage" and set a field value based on what it finds. I have this basically working. However, lets for example say I have it set a field value to "Escalation" when it finds "CEO" within the incomingmessage body, How would I get it to specifically just look for "CEO" and not words ending/starting in CEO. I have tried putting spaces before and after the word, however then if the body has 2 spaces
