Updates to an approval workflow
Hello everyone,
We have an approval workflow for bills. We've had this for 3 years and now need to make a change to add another approver into the mix at the beginning. My question is what is this going to do to all the bills already in the system in the middle of the approval cycle?
I updated the workflow in Sandbox and it looks like now none of the bills have the workflow active and not even any history of the workflow being executed. As you can imagine if this is true we would have a lot of bills just sitting in limbo.
