New Records in Android Mobile app

I am having issues when creating new records on my android app.  I can create the record no problem, but the email of the record to the customer does not include all of the information.  For an example when creating a Purchase Order the Vendor and Ship to fields only have the name and not the address.  Is there a way to change this?
