Mobile Approvals

I am looking to see if there is a way to push the approval to the managers phone, and he/she can select "approve" or "reject". This can be done by a reply, clicking a button, or a process that makes it easy for them if they are on the golf course. I thought I would ask before we try to reinvent the wheel.
