Kicked out of NS when entering a Sales Order on an iPad
I have client complaining she is kicked out of NetSuite in the middle of entering a Sales Order, when using an iPad.
The conditions this happens are not clear, as everytime we do a GoToMeeting session, the issue does not occur. I do not have an iPad to test, but this is what I know (and she could not get me more details):
- She normally logs in through an icon on the iPad: I'm assuming it's some NetSuite app, and when she uses that, she can't share the screen on the GoToMeeting session.
- She opens a Customer record, creates a new Sales Order from there, taps on Add Multiple, selects a few items and adds them to the order. So far all is well.
