Multiselect field cannot be edited on mobile

Our customer form has 6 multiselect fields. 5 of them work on mobile but one doesn't - Industry Segment. In trying to find how this is happening, I discovered that this is the only entity field where the parent record box is grayed out. Other than that, I have no idea why this field isn't cooperating on mobile.
