Blank Screen/Error during login via SSO on Mobile App. G-Suite IdP.

edited Dec 3, 2019 11:05AM in CRM

Hello,

We are having an issue with logging in via SSO on the Mobile App. Each time any user logs into the app via SSO one of two things happen depending on if it is IOS or Android. On IOS there is just an "Error: error" message that appears and the user is redirected to the account code screen. On Android the screen goes blank then redirects the user back to the account code screen.

Logging in via SSO works flawlessly for the web versions of Netsuite and both of the appropriate Setup permissions ("Mobile Device Access" and "SAML Single Sign-on") are given to the roles used by our SSO users. The IdP is G-Suite with the account code mapped to the cost center field in G-Suite.

Howdy, Stranger!
