NetSuite on Android - not Auto Submitting

Hi All,

I am new to using NS, so please forgive my ignorance as I learn. I have a Zebra TC70 mobile device running Android. Users bring up NetSuite in Chrome Browser and they can scan an item, but it will not auto submit? Is there any kind of special configuration that needs to be done? I know that on the older devices, before Google was supported, NS provided a Chrome apg. Can anyone tell me what the current setup is for mobile devices and why auto submit would not work? Thanks.
