Print Secondary Form - Advanced PDF

Hello,

Wondering if there is a way to call on a secondary Advanced PDF Form from a first.

My company prints a Certificate of Conformance (CofC) with each Packing Slip.

I was hoping to create a stand alone CofC (Advanced PDF Form), then call it when the Packing Slip prints. 

Is there a way to do this, so when printing the Packing Slip, the CofC will also print?  Or will I have to resort to coding the CofC into the Packing Slip directly?
