Issue while generating Multi-Currency Advanced PDF from Workflow

I'm having issue while generating Standard Multi-Currency Advanced PDF Template from workflow which is sent to the customer. The customer which is in subsidiary with ID 1 has the right PDF, with all statement lines, but if the customer has subsidiary ID different than 1 then the statement.lines array seems to be empty - the attached PDF shows empty as well for the lines. Everything started on Friday (9th), before that the PDF was working fine.

Does anyone have this problem?
