Deploy throwing errors from imported objects

I'm running into an issue importing and deploying objects and its probably a detail I'm missing on my side.

I am working with a Suiteapp sdf project and I import objects from the account i'm working on. Immediately after doing this I then try to deploy back to the same account but get this error saying the script ids already exists. To me this is no surprise because I just imported the object. Am i missing configuration or some linkage somewhere?
