Import Object From Account Truncation

Excited to get my small team using SDF and I've run into an issue.

Using Eclipse I'm trying to import a workflow custom object into Eclipse, however the file is getting truncated. The workflow is rather large, truncating at 6622 lines of XML. Is this a known issue and is there any suggested work around. As it sits right now I can't bring the workflow into the IDE on the workflow record in the UI I was able to attempt to Download the XML but same issue only get 6622 lines of XML which has been truncated and is not valid XML
