Deploy taking a LONG time

Hi all,

I've taken the leap to start using SDF.  Pretty pumped and its going well.  However, my complaint is how long it takes to 'Deploy to Account'.  5mins!
I've asked around and my guess is because its parsing the 'node_modules' folder.  Has anyone come up with a workaround?  Can I tell SDF to ignore that folder?
