Phone issues w/ support (they can't hear our end)
This doesn't happen frequently for me (considering I probably call NS support at least once a day), but I've noticed that at least few times a month over the past 2-3 months, when I call partner support, when support picks up they can't hear me ("hello, is anyone there?" "Yes, hello?" "Hello, is there someone there?" "YES!!" "hello, is there someone there?" ARGH). This gets really annoying if I've been on hold for 30-45 minutes only to not be able to talk to them when I finally do get an answer. I've all but 100% ruled out this being a
