sublistChanged event with shipgroup

Changing the shipgroup options is not triggering the sublistChanged client event. Change to trigger fieldChanged event at that point it does have the expected sublistId of shipgroup.

Anyone have a work around for this? I would like to give the users a message when the shipping information changes for multi-line orders.
