Merge Revenue Arrangement

I need to run the merge of Revenue Arrangement. There's no API. I have a way to do it but it's a lot of Javascript and I don't like it. I'm thinking to have the script directly into Transaction (revenue arrangement).

Any of you ever done something similar.
