Changing Email Address on 'Access' changes across all customers
I'm just not sure where this should be posted, but need to understand the expected behavior of login access and email addresses of contacts.
We did a test where we set up a contact (Contact ABC) and assigned the email address contactabc@test.com. We then setup two customer records (Customer A, and Customer and assigned this contact to both of them.
We then set up customer access for Contact ABC in Customer A. In the field for email address (which automatically populates with the current email address from the contact record -- contactabc@...) we left it the same and used a standard password 'abc123' and saved the record.
