Agent smbXML wizard

Does anyone know how to contact Initiative One  regarding their 'Agent smbXML wizard'?

I submitted a support case to them 72 hours ago and have had no response desipte having paid for support - I'm not sure there's anyone there?

Their telephone seems to lead only to automated voicemail.
