Export Email Campaign Data by Contact

Does anyone know how to pull the following information in a feasible manner?

I need to pull the date/time that a campaign email was sent, opened, and clicked through (when applicable), by contact, by campaign.

This means that i could take it as three separate rows per campaign or at the very least, one row per campaign per contact.

I have not been able to figure out how to pull this information out for 100s of thousands of records.
