Importing .CSV Leads, Sales Rep error
I've been trying to figure out how to import a .CSV file with a list of new leads. We have team selling enabled, and since we did that, I can no longer assign a sales rep using the standard leads template. If I put a Sales Rep name into the template, I get an error when importing the file.
Anyone else having this issue? The only workaround I've found so far is to upload without the sales rep assigned and manually assign them. This is obviously not a great solution for a large list.
I haven't used the Mass Updates feature yet, maybe there is a solution using that??
