Does anyone have a migration tool to move customers from xcart to NetSuite?

I'm looking for a tool to migrate customers from xcart to NetSuite.  Before I code it, I thought I would ask if anyone has anything already.

I'm looking to migrate the customers' information and passwords, so they don't have to re-register in the web store.
