Importing Records (not contacts at a company)
Total newbie here so this may be elementary.
We are switching over from DB that we use for everything (SFA, CRM, etc.)
We have a number of names that need to be transfered that have no company / account.
In look at Netwuite, it looks like this type of record may be best handled by the 'Other Names' records (Go to Lists > Relationships > Other Names > New.)
Questions:
1. Is that the best place to put names like this?
2. How do I import these names? I do not see a CSV file for them in the imports section.
