Importing Subleads - CSV

Has anyone ever attempted to import Subleads via CSV into Netsuite?  You are able to import Subcustomers by using the [Parent] field but the CSV file format doesn't have it.

In addition, is there anyway to convert an existing Lead in the system to a Sublead of another Lead?


Any help greatly appreciated!
