Using CSV for custom fields
I am doing a contact import - all is fine. I do need to import some contact fields that are not part of the standard import (I.e. not one of the columns in the Contact_Template.csv file).
I have heard rumors that I can add additional columns to the end of this sheet with the field name in the column header.
Tried this and it does not wrok.
What am I missing? Can this even be done? If not is there a way (outside of xml web services) to insert these custom fields?
Much thanks!
