Am I the only person having problems with Item imports?

Hi,

Since Christmas we have been unable to import any new items via CSV. We especially keep getting errors 'there are already one or more items with the name xxxx'.

We have been importing for 18 months now, and understand the different ways of updating old items, overwriting, etc.... But the process has just been so unreliable recently.

Is anyone else having problems with CSV imports?
