Complete Export

I am looking to get some advice on how to get all my data out of NetSuite. We sold the company and the new owners want to use something else and I want to keep all my historical data.

Does anyone have tips beyond the export all function? I can't really tell if it is truly exporting everything. Any help would be appreciated.
