Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Receiving error when trying to update Cases with XML import
I am receiving error when trying to update Cases with the XML import. I can add cases, but I am not able to update them. Here is the error:
- <smbxml missingFieldOverwrite="true" disableSystemNotesForCustomFields="false">
- <response requestHandle="5/30/2007 2:5 PM addOrUpdate 2" requestType="addOrUpdate">
<error>An unexpected error occurred while importing the record. NetSuite has been notified. The record type is case.</error>
</response>
I have no idea what to do next. We are stuck in a tough spot as we are unable to develop further until this is resolved. Has anyone else run into this issue with cases? I considered deleting all the cases and adding them new again, but there is no feature to delete all data in a table, only one at a time. When we are talking about 9,000+ cases, that is not a possibility.
