CSV Price Import - Matrix Items
We're still on version 11.0.6 and we're trying to update all of our item prices. In the past it worked fine to import regular items and matrix items by just defining the parent item in the template. Now it craps on any matrix items.
A case to support came back saying that it is not possible to update matrix items and we should use a mass price update - which won't work because our pricing changes are not percentage or fixed in anyway.
Is this true... shouldn't you be able to update matrix items by putting the parent item in the template column??
