CSV Import Item UPDATE Failure question

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to use the Import Item update as we have about 40 products and are ready to import about 480 more products in the next few weeks, if not earlier.  I am struggling with this and hope someone can help as I have been finding the help on NS to be quite frustrating to understand.:(

The 480 items are non inventory items for resale.  To begin what I did was to do a CSV export of all the data.  From that, I found the  and I have created a CSV test file that has the following itemlist.csv file and used that as an initial reference.
