Updating Customer Roll via CSV Import Broken?
Hello,
Now on version 2007 the role field is updatable via the CSV import feature. However we have attempted several updates of this field in the CSV import and gotten errors each time. We tried doing the import mapping to the Internal ID and the customer Name ID...both resulted in a failure.
Has anyone had luck doing this import?
Here is the very simple example of the mapping:
Internal ID=====>147
Role==========>Custom Customer Center
I'm trying to find out if this is a mistake we are making or this is a bug in the newly rolled out CSV functionality.
