Import Item Prices to New Price Level

What is the best way to accomplish the following:
[LIST=1]
[*]Export Item price for Price Level "A" for all items
[*]Make some changes only to the prices
[*]Import back into NetSuite but for Price Level "B"[/LIST]We are using quantity pricing.
