Act Notes Import

I have seen this before and can't find it.....

Importing Act is easy.. map fields, and create new fields.

anyone remember the solution to getting the Act Notes imported?  or exported from Act for that matter.

I vaguely remember bringing them in to a text box so they can be viewed.

any help here?
