XML Import error response....

Hi,

a little while ago I wrote an application that converts a csv file to a valid xml file for importing.

occasionally I get an error response from netsuite that states the following

"An unexpected error occurred while importing the record. NetSuite has been notified. The record type is estimate."

I have run the xml file thru a few different validation tools and all appears to be correct. I know when the file is erroneous Netsuite will generate a response that outlines which area is causing the problem.
However as you can see that the error message is very vague.... does anyone know what is happening here ?
