CSV Non-Inventory Import Category Error
We have used item imports before, with no problems, but about 2 weeks ago I began to get this error on our non-inventory item for Resale CSV imports: "Invalid category reference key" followed by the category name (for example: Lighting Catalog : Lighting Units : DJ Effect Lights)
I figure that this means I've put a category in the CSV that doesn't match to the name already in our system. Maybe there's incorrect capitalization or a misspelling or something.
The only problem is that this DOES match what is in our system. I have even gone so far as to copy and past the entire string from our website and find/replace the > with : .
