Problems SMBXML as of 28th BST/ sunday 27th PST?

When trying to upload new items getting a response back like the following:

The "HTTP" adapter is suspending an outbound message going to destination URL:"https://partners.netsuite.com/s/SmbXml?pid=XXXX&pacct=XXXX". Details:"The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish secure channel for SSL/TLS.".
