Enhancement : CSV import : Leads and contacts

This is an enhancement request :

Setup > Customization > Import / Export > Leads and contacts together > Add or Update > required fields such as "unsubscribe" and "status" do not auto-populate in field mapping, just like when doing an "Add" appose "Add or Update".
